Robust marketing ensures your Newsletter emails get to the right people at the right time. We at Business Administrative Services can write your content for your newsletter, or you can send us the content and we will create and design for you.  

Your newsletters can be sent out as often as you require. If you are providing text and images, email them to us five working days prior to the newsletter being sent out. Prior approval of your newsletter is sought, once approved it will be sent out at time specified by yourself.
Independent Newsletter options
You may have your newsletter created on your company CRM system, or a Publisher based newsletter designed and created, we will happily work on any system to suit your business requirements.  
Database Management
Data cleansing is the process of detecting and correcting and / or removing inaccurate records from your database, identifying incompleted records and amending accordingly. This should be reviewed periodically to monitor any changes or issues that may arise from inaccurate data.

You should be aware of bounce rates, keeping a track of bounced emails; and keeping upto date with the decision maker. By datacleansing on a regualar basis (periodically), you are not only updating your database records but also an opportunity to secure more business along the way.
